We do not collect sensitive financial information like bank account or card numbers directly — any background or credit screening is run through our third-party screening partner, described below.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit to:

Respond to your inquiry — we aim to reply within 2 hours during business hours
Schedule and coordinate in-person or virtual tours
Evaluate rental applications, including running tenant screening and background checks
Send you transactional emails related to your inquiry, tour, or application

We do not use your information for anything beyond responding to your inquiry and processing your application.

Who Processes Your Information

We're a small, hands-on operator — we don't sell or hand off your data to marketers. We do rely on a small number of trusted vendors to run the business:

Airtable — stores form submissions and inquiry records
Resend — sends transactional emails (inquiry confirmations, tour scheduling, application updates)
Vercel — hosts our website
Google Analytics — when enabled, provides anonymized website usage statistics
TransUnion, via the Innago platform — performs tenant credit and background screening for rental applicants
Vercel Blob — stores property photos and videos shown on our website (this does not include your personal data)

Each of these vendors only receives the information necessary to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy and security practices.

How Long We Keep It

We retain inquiry and application information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, process your application, and maintain records of current and former residents. If you ask us to delete your information and you are not a current resident with an active lease, we will do so within a reasonable time.

We Don't Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full stop.
