Our homes are located in safe, residential neighborhoods with convenient access to major destinations. In Charlotte, all five homes are located approximately 3 minutes from Truliant Amphitheater (PNC Music Pavilion), about 5 minutes from UNC Charlotte, and just minutes from Concord Mills. Our Atlanta home is located just off the highway in a well-established neighborhood. For the privacy and safety of our current residents, the exact address is shared only after a tour is scheduled.
To ensure a respectful, stable, and well-maintained living environment, applicants must meet the following criteria: • No prior evictions or outstanding landlord collections • Minimum credit score of 550 • Successful completion of a background check • Verifiable steady income of at least 2.5× the monthly rent
Rent is fully all-inclusive. One monthly payment covers: • Furnished Private bedroom, single occupancy • All utilities. Water, electricity, gas • High-speed Wi-Fi • Fully furnished common areas • Monthly professional cleaning of common areas and shared bathrooms • Parking
